Which Büro location do you work out of?
Coconut Grove
What does your company do, and what is your role?
Exploritat provides executive coaching and leadership development services. We partner with corporate leaders and entrepreneurs to expand their leadership skills and enhance their strategies for success. I am the business Founder and certified Executive Coach.
What do you like best about your job?
My job has given me the opportunity to work with extraordinary people. I learn from them as much as they learn from me. I am fortunate to work with leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
What is your business motto/philosophy?
"If you can dream it, you can do it"
Miami native since:
1999
Hometown (if not Miami):
Sao Paulo, Brazil
What are your favorite Miami hangouts and activities?
Going to the beach, biking and hanging out in Coconut Grove, taking the kids to the New World Symphony, PAMM, Lincoln Road, the Design District and Wynwood.
What's one (surprising, interesting, funny, awesome) thing you'd like for Büro members to know about you?
My greatest sense of fulfillment comes from connecting and helping others to grow.
What do you like best about working at Büro?
I enjoy the energy at Büro, as well as getting to know the other members. My clients sense "good vibes" when we meet at Büro and that helps with the coaching experience.
What crazy adventure would you want to take?
I'd love to spend 100 days traveling around the world, starting in New Zealand.
What are your secret survival strategies?
Meditation, exercising, friendship and a good cup of tea.
What's your comfort food?
Chocolate ice cream or Brigadeiro (Brazilian sweet treat).
What movies do you watch, or reference, over and over?
I have to say that I reference more books than movies. Two books I reference often are "Growth Mindset" by Carol Dweck, and "Hit Refresh" by Satya Nadella.
