Since opening our flagship space in 2010, the Büro community has grown to include over 500 dynamic companies across 6 South Florida locations (Midtown, SoBe, MiMo, the Grove, South Miami, and Hollywood). What type of companies work at Büro?

We currently have over 500 great companies in the Büro community, including startups, media companies, design firms, marketing agencies, etc. You can check out some of them on our Community page.

What exactly is included in your rate?

Pretty much everything. No matter what workspace you choose, you will get high-speed Internet, unlimited coffee & teas, mail service, access to meeting spaces, and various other perks included. The only "extras" will be your printing charges, optional phones, and monthly parking.

How fast is your Internet connection?

All Büro locations have dedicated fiber connections with top rated ISP's.

What are your hours of operation?

Our locations are open and staffed Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. If you wish to access your workspace outside of our operating hours that's no problem at all. All members are provided with the relevant entry codes for 24/7 access.

If I’m a member at one location, can I use the others as well?

Indeed. We have lounge areas, meeting spaces and flex seating in all Büro locations so members can pop over to other Büros for client meetings or just for a change of scenery.

Do you offer daily rates at your locations?

Yes, non-members may use the Seat spaces at any of our locations for $40/day. Non-members may also book the conference rooms for $60/hr (subject to availability).

Are there networking events and other opportunities to meet the other members of the community?

Absolutely. As a member of Büro you will have plenty of opportunities to meet all of the talented peeps that make up the Büro community. We have monthly happy hours for members along with frequent workshops where we invite experts and thought leaders to present to the community.

When will Büro be coming to my neighborhood?

If you don’t live near one of our existing locations then don't despair. We have additional South Florida locations in the works and will hopefully be seeing you soon!
