Which Büro location do you work from?

What does your company do, and what is your role?
We manufacture, import and distribute Bread products, in particular Brioche, Croissant and Pancakes. Our bakeries are in France of course, but also in Canada. Our Customers are mostly large retail chains in the US and Canada. My job is to keep our Customers satisfied, and coordinate the work between the Head Office in France, production in France and Canada and our US Teams (from Miami we handle Sales Support and Logistics, however we have co-workers in Chicago, New York and Phoenix in Sales and Accounting).
What do you like best about your job?
I love that we sell a delicious, iconic French food product that is an affordable treat for US families. They absolutely adore our Buns and Loaves. Consumer feedback is always great, it makes our daily work fun! Plus we get to taste samples all the time!
What is your business motto/philosophy?
Although we are an industrial company, at heart we follow artisan principles and we are all about high quality and clean recipes.

What are your favorite local hangouts and activities?
I love Key Biscayne. From the beaches and water activities, to the Miami landscape from Rickenbacker Causeway or food at Rusty Pelican - it has it all for me.
What's one (surprising, interesting, funny, awesome) fact you'd like Büro members to know about you?
Years ago I got a seat close to Claudia Schiffer on a transatlantic flight. I was so excited I did not see the stewardess bringing a tray full of drinks, bumped into her and spilled all onto another passenger. Needless to say Claudia and I did not talk.
What do you like best about working at Büro?
I feel at home here - it is convenient and friendly.
