What does your company do, and what is your role?
I am the administrator and CEO of Interim HealthCare of Miami.
With a focus on quality of service in over 350 locations, our company provides the continuum of services from home health aides to high tech nursing. Interim HealthCare Inc., founded in 1966, is a leading national provider of home care, and healthcare staffing services, and is unique in combining the commitment of local management with the support of a national organization that develops innovative programs and quality standards that improve the delivery of service.
Interim HealthCare of Miami is locally operated. We are fully licensed Home Health Agency by the State of Florida and accredited by CHAP, a national organization that sets the highest standards for credentialing.

I love being able to build personal relationships with my clients and with my employees.
What is your business motto/philosophy?
Be the best that you can be. Treat every client like if they were your only client, and treat every employee like if they were your only employee.

What are your favorite local hangouts and activities?
My favorite activity is to spend time with my family. Whenever I can, I drive to the Keys and Scuba dive.
What's one (surprising, interesting, funny, awesome) fact you'd like Büro members to know about you?
I am a trained rescue diver although I never participated in a rescue mission!
What do you like best about working at Büro?
I like the comradery with other long time members, and appreciate the support from the Büro staff which allows me to focus on my core business.

Spending time in a deserted island!
What 3 items would you bring with you on a deserted island?
A knife, a mask and a cooking pot (too much "Naked and Afraid" watching).
